My trip to York, Western Australia.
So last week I went on a day trip with my Mum and sister to York which is an hour and a half drive (100km) from Perth. York is actually the oldest inland town in Western Australia, and it still has the majority of the buildings that were originally built there so the town seems like a bit of a time machine.
Town Hall
The site seeing in York is pretty much the town hall, sock factory, the Avon river and suspension bridge (where they have the Avon decent) and the other little cafe's and antique shops that you find while walking down the strip.

Old Building
York Supermarket (IGA)

No Parking
A fresh coat of paint
After going to the town hall, the sock factory and a few antique stores we walked down the main strip and went to a cafe and finally headed to Mt. Brown.

We then went to Northam (another 35km) to visit my sister so I'll be doing another blog post on that in due course.
